Information to Include in a Copyright Notice
| Please include | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| A description of the copyrighted work | Identifies the original photograph, written material, illustration, or other creative work that you believe has been used without authorization. |
| The URL or location of the material | Helps our team locate the specific yoga image, article, graphic, or other website content that requires review. |
| Your name and contact information | Provides a way to verify the source of the request and communicate about the reported material. |
| An explanation of your rights and concern | Gives us context to assess the issue and determine whether clarification, correction, or removal may be appropriate. |
How We Review Requests
Copyright inquiries are reviewed after they are received. Zen Nest may acknowledge the request, ask for additional information, examine the identified page or asset, and take appropriate action where warranted. Depending on the circumstances, this may include correcting a description, replacing an image, removing material, or requesting further documentation before reaching a decision. Contacting us does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.
Corrections and Disputed Claims
If you believe that content has been removed or changed in error, contact Zen Nest with the relevant page details and an explanation of the issue. We may request additional information from the reporting party or the source of the material before determining whether a correction or restoration is appropriate. Any formal counter-notification should comply with the applicable legal requirements.
Incomplete or Repeated Requests
Requests that do not identify the material in question or provide sufficient information to understand the claim may require clarification before review can proceed. Repeated submissions concerning the same material should reference any earlier correspondence so the matter can be assessed consistently.
